Modify Gravity Forms Wordpress plugin

Wordpress plugin expert required for complex customisation.

I am looking to tweak Gravity Forms to function more like a CMS for the front-end user.

They will be able to return to their form and add/edit/delete their data on a multi-session basis.

The admin should also be able to see this input throughout, so the form data should be stored in the standard gravity forms tables.

As you can see, some elements of this project have already been done. The remaining element are:
1. Updating the database tables as the user fills in the form
2. Pre-populating the form (there's already a gravity forms filter for this)
