Modify & add additional function website write by asp.net using visual studio 2010

You should have good skills on c# and asp.net to modify the exiting site because site using visual studio 2010 to write.
1. Make sure Order processing should be completed.
2. Inventory system should be done, either modify database.
3. If possible, when choose color and size, it links to database which know inventory(quantity), may no need so many color, 2 or 3 color is fine, easy for you.
4. when add item to shopping cart, it should be check item is available or not, if yes, add item to shopping cart, if not, can't add and give notice.
5. In shopping cart, update item should also check stock, if yes, update, if not, give notice and cancel update.
6, When check out, update stock quantity.
7. Payment system, enter credit/debit card details to finish order.
8. Admin ReStock page, which show which items need to be restock when in low stock or no stock.
9. canceled or completed, Where it should have restricted to keep one or the other.
10. After check, show order id, and also don't allow user to use go back in browser to avoid resummit same order.
11. After work done, help me run on my computer.
