Mobile Responsive Site

We have a high number of mobile users and we just set live our desktop ecommerce site. We need to make it more mobile responsive and render properly on mobile devices. We will keep the same backend for the desktop site however on mobile our users will be able to experience the site in the most optimum way for the website. We have designs, they may need to be tweaked.
