Mobile and Ipad css styling

Need an experience markup engineer to finish in 3 to 4 days the UI setting for my website (Mobile and Ipad).

Skills required:
1. SCSS
2. A little bit of Jquery (burger menu)
3. XD installed on you local PC to see the design
4. Github knowledge to pull and push the code

5. (not a must / no php code editing is needed) PHP locally installed (Backend is PHP, so without PHP the site will not be loaded locally)
You can copy the page source code to work locally as well (the remote url will be shared later on)

The PC css settings is finished, so just need css setting for mobile and iPad size.

Payment: right after completion

After selection, XD file will be sent as well as the Github repository URL.

Developers with no previous work here in PPH and with no portfolio will no be considered.
