Mining Google Analytics existing information for a website

We have developed and made live a new website for our online business which we believe is far superior to the old site we had. However the new site is nowhere near as successful as the old site and we have struggled to draw traffic to the new site.

We had Google Analytics installed on the old site and there is data residing there which needs to be mined and expressed in a manner whereby we can take advantage of our mistakes and rectify the problem of drawing new traffic.

We require someone who is well versed with Google Analytics who can provide us with information residing there and point us in the right direction to promote new traffic to our website.
