I would like help creating a simple MATLAB program able to:
1. Take an image captured by a webcam and detect, by comparing to another image, whether or not an eye is blinking. The program should be able to use snapshots from a webcam that is continuously monitoring a subject\'s eyes.
2. Be able to tell if the left, right, both, or none eyes are blinking, and state which, if any, eyes are blinking.
