Manual WordPress install on a FastHosts domain

I have a client who has a domain and hosting account already. He now needs the latest version of WordPress installing on his site. However, his hosts don\'t do one-click install of WordPress, so it would need to be a manual installation.

I need to find someone who\'s managed manual WP installations before. Also, he uses Fasthosts, and I understand that there are some extra bits and pieces that need to be done on a Fasthosts account to ensure that the contact form sends emails correctly.

Please advise costs and timescales.
