Manual Usability Testing

I'm looking for a website usability expert to perform an analysis on a small ecommerce site. It's important that this done be in a manual fashion (no automated scans), and that problems are identified with a screenshot, along with detailed description of the problem. *Important- the tester must use a VPN or be located in the USA. This job will start right away, and must be completed in the next 1-2 days.
