Make some light design modifications on a WP website (website not live yet)

We are a publishing company based in London, we are working on a new WP website. The site is almost done, we just need someone to help us to modify the dynamic display of the names and affiliation of our series editors (for each series or sets, the names and the affiliation of the people in charge are displayed on a header) . We need someone who can do that in the next 6 days. I can call you tomorrow if you are interested.
