Make small amendments to Estate Agent website

I outsourced the development of a website and had a bit of an issue with someone ripping me off and so I outsourced to the next man who completed the site but when transferring the site messed some stuff up and didnt bother fixing it! - Ripped off again!!

I now need someone to take the few snags I have and remedy them so the site is fully functional for my end client as I have no time to be able to do this.

The main problem I have is an internal messaging system where users (buyers & sellers) can message each other is not working correctly - the message is being stored in the database and is showing in the admin section but is not showing up in the the user account section as it is supposed to.

I also need the forms on all pages adjusted and styled to suit the design of the site and some extra fields added to the forms depending on the user type that is registering (Buyer or Seller) I will discuss these extra fields that need to be added once I have selected a person to work with - this will be minimal!

On the fees page there is showing a ? within a diamond box instead of £. The site uses a custom built CMS and so I need this fixing too.

I also need the log in form at the top of each page to display 'Username' & 'Password' and once the user clicks in the box these disappear ready for user input.

Also the property search box on the home page only shows the type of properties available to search for however on the other pages it shows all content types. I need this to be the same as the Home page.

There may be other small snags to add to this list but firstly I need to find someone trusted to outsource to who is looking for an ongoing relationship!

I have tonnes of work coming in but once these jobs on PPH are finished people seem to not care any more about responding to additional work which I find strange!

I will give you access to my server to make these changes.

I am looking for someone who uses Skype and Email on a daily basis and actually replies to my questions within 24 hours and who has the ability to be able to change and adapt to requirements.

I have some very large sites coming up in 2011 and could do with some good people!
