Make api calls to www.tradingview.com from my website

So the project consists of a newly generated vue js and .net core project.
I want you to create a page where it's possible to list all the alerts from one's tradingview account.
Next there should be an input box where a user can filter on these alerts and edit them in batch.
This will send requests to the backend built in .net and the .net backend will contact the tradingview api.
Only functionality, so no styling is necessary.
There also has to be error handling on every request.
I would also like to see some unit tests.
