Make a holding page for a website

Description of every page/module: To create a new holding page for a jewellery company

Holding page to be on one page – with no scroll down feature

To have a email sign up box on the holding page – to collate emails addresses linked to Mailchimp – to notify customers when we launch.
Holding page needs to be dynamic/responsive to all devices - laptop / phone / iPad and resize where necessary.

Description of requirements/features: We need hosting - I am not sure what type of hosting we need? Linux or windows? I use a mac laptop
Our domain name is registered with fast hosts
Extra services needed: Hosting
Extra notes: To have previous knowledge/experience in creating holding pages.
