Mailwizz new feature build

HI,

I need some customisation work on my Mailwizz .. some new features to be developed and added.

Requirments:
1. The option to set the exact number of emails which will be sent using a particular delivery server.
2. The option to set the percentage of emails which will be sent using a particular delivery server.
When you send a campaign on step 2 you have the option to select which delivery server to use.
I want the ability to set individually on each selected delivery server the exact number of emails which can be sent using that delivery server, also as an alternative the percentage of the emails which can be sent using that specific delivery server.

For example I want to send out 100k emails using 4 delivery servers.
However I have a limit of 10k on one server , 30k on the other server ..
I want to be able to set 50k with server 1, 10k with server2, 30k with server 3 and 10k with server 4.
And the same kind of example with percentages.

Can you give me an estimate on the costs for each project .
Application is on PHP and yii framework.
