MailChimp email template designer needed

We are in need of a HTML coder & designer to create 3 x customised email templates for us to be used on our Zoho Campaigns.

Requirements of email template 1:
1. Code (HTML for Zoho templates) and design an email template that introduces us to our prospective customers
2. Code the email template to be responsive to different screen sizes (be mobile friendly)
3. Allow it to be used as a template - so that our team can easily change the content
4. Allow for upload of one picture of the staff member and the logo
5. must be completed within 2 days of commencement

Requirements of email template 2:
1. Code (HTML for Zoho templates) and design an email template that showcases our magazine which is hosted on issuu.com (the magazine should be embedded in the email template so it appears opened in view when a person opens the email)
2. Code the email template to be responsive to different screen sizes (be mobile friendly)
3. Allow it to be used as a template - so that our team can easily change the content
4. Allow for upload of one picture of the staff member and the logo
5. must be completed within 2 days after template 1 is complete

Requirements of email template 3:
1. Code (for MailChimp) and design a weekly newsletter
2. Code the email template to be responsive to different screen sizes (be mobile friendly)
3. The newsletter must have one static section for the Editor leave a message
4. The newsletter must automatically collect the last 4 blog posts from our website through our RSS feed and have the feature picture appear for each post
5. The newsletter must automatically show the last 5 tweets from our twitter profile
6. The newsletter must automatically show the last 5 facebook posts from our facebook page
7. must be completed within 4 days after template 2 is completed
