Magento Theme Conversion

We are looking at converting our current website to Magento. I'll be looking for a theme to be created so that I can easily set up the website.

The theme to copy is on our main website, http://www.advance-enterprises.co.uk/

I have a PSD available and also the relevant information for logo's, backgrounds etc.

Also, on the current website I would want the product page changing to something much better. Something like this layout, http://www.theproteinworks.com/shop-by-timing/pre-workout/protein-shakes/whey-protein-80-concentrate.html but to be intergrated in our theme.

Everything on the main website would need to be copied across, so looking for a seamless transactions if possible.
