Looking for banner implementation and a small fix on a feature

Hello,

I need someone who is competent with WordPress and can work on an adult site (Escort directory).

I will ignore people who say they have read the project but haven't. I will also ignore anyone who states this costs a ludicrous price, but then is happy to drop the amount by a drastic amount, it is not good. If this can be completed well, there will be another large project straight after.

Please read the project and let me know if you can do this, including time and price. Ideally I want this done today if possible.

I have a staging site you can work on so it does effect the live site.
