Looking for an Expert on Shopify for a few tasks - ASAP

I am looking for an expert in Shopify to help with some plugin installation and make it running smoothly:
Using Startup Shopify template (see below)

The job consist in:
1- International shipping + amending the text/content on the shipping page + all the plugins installation necessary
2- Newsletter (mail chimp) already installed - need some help to start the newsletters to run smoothly - FREE PLUGIN
3 - E-gift voucher (page and plug installation) - FREE PLUGIN
4 - Email marketing ( mail chimp) already installed - FREE PLUGIN
5- Reorganise the pages Menu in the best manner for customers shopping be easier and check if everything is running properly.

The job is pretty straight forward and I will require some explaining/training how it would work after the installation.
