Looking for a highly skilled Front end developer with Bootstrap experience

General information for the website: Re-skin of CMS Dashboard
Description of requirements/features: I am looking for an agency standard front end developer who has experience in Bootstrap 2 &3 .

I have a CMS which needs rebranding to look and feel like the new website

So basically the top header/nav etc adding to the CMS and all other styling aspects like buttons etc doing.

I will of course provide all the designs and layouts for you to go off.

You will use the exisiting code from my admin system so there will be no extra work from my back end developer.

So just to recap:

- you will take the designs and convert these into pre-existing admin code
- you can use pre-built code such as the new top nav from my new website

I would set you up with svn access to the project so you can get the admin code and work on it locally, along with a sample dump of database. This way you can through all the pages in the admin and make sure there all branded correctly and working.

I believe it uses bootstrap 2 and so may need upgading to 3. Are you confortable with that and happy developing in bootstrap. I would need agency standard responisve code.

This would be ongoing work and I do have many projects also.

I would want this project to be started this weekend and everything is setup to do so.
