- View first page, browse offers, see contact page and about us all must be customizable
- Be able to sign up and give the user specific API login details
- Buy products and services with GooglePay, WorldPay, Nochex or by just directing user to API provided by our SMS suppliers (GET METHOD)
- Manage list of groups and their numbers
- Submit a SMS to specific groups
- Define a scheduled SMS to specific groups
- Manage his own services, add new service, unsubscribe or renewal
- View delivery report
- Submit a ticket for support
Admin Use Case Scenarios:
- View and manage Customers and their info and subscriptions
- Change payment parameters with Thirdparty payment gateways
- Change parameters about active SMS gatewas
- View delivery report totals
- View monthly (or date-to-date) reports on customer usage
- Send batch email to customers (using WYSIWYG editor)
