I currently have around 22 blogs which are currently the only signposts to my business online. I want to have regular new content and I have hundreds of examples of blogs for this. I am selling a new concept into this industry so getting traction before the big recruitment giants catch on and a copy is essential. They are already starting to use similar software and ideas and will soon lose this USP. I have service marked what I do though and I called it Empathic recruitment! All my blogs have good SEO ratings but I need more content, better marketing and I need to really push the concept of Empathic recruitment out there asap. If you search this term online, I am the only recruiter that comes up so if I could make the new term of recruitment, it could grow exponentially. It is flat at the moment and I am not making enough noise online!
