Linux Plesk Server Backup and restore needed to new VPS

I do NOT have a budget in mind because I do not know what is involved cost wise - there are approx 30 small sites on my server. Please send your proposal which can be amended later if we discuss further.

I have a vps (managed) on Namesco and am moving to a VPS on GoDaddy.

Namesco are refusing root access so cannot perform migration manager.

Therefore backup and restore needs to be used.

I have already backuped and need someone with knowledge to restore this to the new server.

I plan on doing this Friday evening so as a quieter period, or perhaps Sat/Sun if that works better for the freelancer.

It is important that all client accounts and settings transfer over.
