Lead Programmer - Travel Web Site Development

We need a working model (mimic) of a popular travel site, we also have some of our own ideas and designs.

We need is a site that encourages online booking, we use the private label WCTravel website and are open to use some other API if you have experience and the API works.

WCT Travel site is not search engine friendly and does not encourage booking online and we need our new site to be both search engine friendly and encourage booking.

You will need to become familiar with the fundamentals of World Choice Travel (WCT) and have experience with API Integration, XML, HTML, CSS, Flash and website integration just to name a few.

If you prefer working with the Expedia API and have more experience with them, then we flexible and have an arrangement with them also. So whatever solution would give the most full featured complete website - Please explain why you prefer one solution over another.
It will be hosted on a Cloud Server and may use a CMS Word Press, Joomla, Drupla deepening on your capability.

In order to weed out those who are just curious and those who are serious bidders the format will be something like this:

- Years of travel site experience.
- Examples of travel sites you've worked on.
- Are you familiar with WCT?
- In you have none of the above, then why should I choose you and/or your company.

If your answers are favorable, we will provide you with some general information about the project and the website in question. Then you will be required to provide (as stated above) a mock up of the design of the homepage, a listing page, and what the search results page will look like."

If your mock up is favorable (in general) I will provide you with all the details of the project, including a tour of the backend of WCT (if requested).
