Last minute editing on css/html website

Hi, I need a quick job doing, the site is totally built but has been done in Dreamweaver and spry collapsible panels have been used on 4 pages, each with 4 panels per page.

The collapsible panels are titles tabs which open to reveal text when clicked.
These don't work at all in Internet Explorer and we need this fixed. We would also like to have open content of tabs close, when other tabs on the page are clicked to keep it tidy.

I either need someone who will be able to tidy up and repair our coding, or offer a quick way to replace this feature.

I'm expecting someone with good coding skills to be able to fix it pretty sharpish. Although its not urgent would be great to have back asap.

Please include ideas for solutions and time frame.
