Landing Page template update to make thank you stay on same page

We are looking for a skilled web developer to update a new template page to replicate the functionality of a different landing page. The task involves ensuring that the form submission process and the display of a thank you message are implemented correctly on the new template.

I have attached the code for how I want the form to behave. Once confirmed I will give the other page.

Deliverables
- Replicate form submission functionality on new template
