Landing Page + Simple Account Creation with Stripe Integration

General information for the website: Landing page development and UI
Description of requirements/features: Short Description: A landing page for a service that automatically checks for and pays your parking tickets. Requires simple account creation, including integration with Stripe.


Development Requirements
As a user I should be able to:
• Sign-up on the website by entering my email address and license plate number, First name, Last name, date of birth and creating a password*
• Login to the website with my email address and password
• Add a credit card (card #, billing address, phone number) during the web sign-up process or skip
• Add a credit card after the sign-up process, via profile
• Remove a credit card details after the sign-up process
• See a list of my tickets with status: "PAY" (link that auto-generates an email to us with the text 'Please pay the ticket from for on my file') or PAID

Other Requirements
- Should use Stripe for payments and allow the processing of a payment for any amount at anytime once authorized (we can login to stripe to do this if necessary, it doesn't have to be integrated with our site)
- Must include industry standard security and encryption
- Design will be done separately but the HTML should be optimized for easy CSS styling


As an admin I should be able to:
• Manually create a user account by entering an email, First name, Last name, date of birth and license plate number
• See a list of users’ email addresses, license plate numbers, if a credit card is on file (Y/N)
• Delete a user profile
• For any user, click add ticket and enter in text fields the City, Date of Ticket, Ticket Amount, Ticket Due Date and radio button PAY or PAID
• Change the status of any ticket from PAY to PAID
