JSON/XML Feed

I am looking for some help with implementing some feeds I have been provided. The feeds are for Daily, Weekly & Monthly horoscopes and they are given to me in XML & JSON format.

I\'m new to XML & JSON and I have no idea how to setup a web page to retrieve data from these feeds and display it so that it automatically gets the fresh content each day/week/month.

I have no idea what is involved in making this happen - I need to know roughly what\'s involved, how long it will take and how much it will cost...
