Joomla Template builder

We have a Joomla 1.7 site which has been redesigned in HTML, the new design is in need of custom Joomla templates probably 2/3 pages.

We have some tight time scales on this project so speed is of an essence.

We have specified the minimum fixed price PPH will accept me to input so as to allow for a range of quotes.
