Joomla - Small project needs db and functionality

The Client:

Buyer and seller of fine wines from around the world. Small one man business requires a web presence to show what is in stock and whats coming.

The website:

This small site will be a place where the client will post their wine stocks online. Visitors will then 'shop' for the wine adding items of interest to a 'shopping bag'. It will then be posted as an enquiry to the Client.

I have designed and coded the site. See attached images. So I already have the HTML, CSS and XML all done.

I am new to Joomla and have so far done the templates and uploaded them to my local machine. I am currently looking for suitable hosting (thinking using my existing Fasthosts Resellers account but open to suggestions).


Requirements from you:

To complete the installation JOOMLA on Client server.

Add frontend pages:

Homepage / Latest News
* Burgundy
* Bordeaux
* Rest of World
Search for Wine
Contact Us

Terms of Sales
Phone Number

* Items will be database driven (MySQL) where the Client will enter wines in various Categories, Regions, Age and Price. They will also be able to add Stock levels.

All the other pages will need to be editable.

The site will need an Admin area. This will be password protected allowing for all editing, adding wines etc.

Search site for wines, labels, price, region etc.

The shopper will fill a shopping cart and then send as a enquiry rather than buy physical stock.

Shopping cart pages. NO PAYMENT NEEDED - JUST SEND CART TO EMAIL as enquiry

Contact page with form and Captch spam filter.

Solution:

Someone with expert knowledge in Joomla, PHP, HTML, Javascript and MySQL.

I have a Fasthost resellers account, so I have the MySQL and domain all setup ready to go. But will need direction as to how to link the db to the pages etc.
