I have two Joomla sites. Both use Joomlart templates (Kyanite & Zeolite II). Several users reported that they experience serious loading problems with IE8, IE9 and possibly IE7 (not sure). Especially after F5 or CTRL F5.
In Firefox & Chrome works fine.
I am not sure if it is a template problem or something else.
I need an expert to find out what is the problem and fix it.
I want detailed instruction on how to fix the problem. I don't want to give admin access to sites.
