Joomla (Qvarnis Email Client) Email website needed

I would like to have our own email login website:

Salesman Logs into front end of website:

There is a button for Email, once clicked on this then loads up their own inbox for there own email address, this will show read and unread messages for there own email address only.

There will also need to be a compose/send email button which will load up a basic form with the following fields:
To:
Subject:
Message:
Attachments:
Send Email
Send email/Save address

When a salesman sends an email from there account I would like it to blind cc automatically to thefollowing email address: xxxxx@xxxxx.xx.xx without being visible

I would also like to have an address book feature incorporated into the design so that when they send an email it can have the option to save the address to there address book, or manually enter the address through the address book feature. Each salesman will be required to have there own address book linked to there login account.

Email addresses for the salesman will be generated manually by me using the control panel on my server, I will then use these settings when creating them a login account for the website so that there login account is linked to there email account

To sum up basically like having our own hotmail website where by we can monitor and control the data being sent and received.

I am currently using Joomla CMS to build this website at the moment and have a component that can do half of the things I want but needs tweaking the logging details.

Once in the front end click on Email which is found at the top right hand side, this will show you the component I have already (Qvarnis mail client) it works for emails as just text but crashes when you open an email with an attachment, it is also missing an address book feature and you can send attachments either, it does have an attachment plug-in that I installed but seems not to work.
