Joomla developer - classified website

I've got a classified Joomla template that has been already installed although is incomplete I will need it to be concluded. There are some other details and changes to be done such as re-arranging boxes and spaces and adding some adverts boxes on the front of the site. However, besides the template I have some questions regarding your job and some requirements before accepting your bid.
Would you be able to integrate a SMS gateway for posting new adverts. Regarding this point I would obviously provide you more information. I'm looking for integrating "Payforit" to my classified website, so every customer has different options for advertising in anny category. This payment system is based on mobile phone text messaging, so it's crucial for me to have it working properly.
In the other hand, my public is mostly spanish speakers so, the website must be in spanish. Now there is a useful tool that you probably know which is called joomfish, that enables you to translate your webpage in different languages. I would also like to have this tool implemented in this website and for further projects.

How long time will you spend on this project?
I need it done as soon as possible.

Can you answer messages instantly or at least on daily basis?
