Joomla designer and programmer required to get simple site up and running + follow up work

Seeking a Joomla designer and programmer to construct simple site on our hosted server.

Please review the following and provide a response soonest so I may select a winner.

I'm looking for a very clean look probably based on the Beez2 - default template (http://www.sg-cp.com/joomla/).

We want the site built on our hosted Joomla at our ISP (www.lcn.com)

We'll need:
- 7 (perhaps 8) top menus (Home, Who We Are, What We Do, People and Careers, Investors, login
- Log in will provide access to webmail and hosted desktop service
- A news feed (fed by some free exterior provider TBD) on home page – we will need assistance sourcing feed
- Registration forms to join our mailing lists (there will be two mailing lists)
- Registration for employment candidates and submission of CV (MS Word or pdf)
- Ability to submit a file (written plans - MS word, excel, ppt and or pdf) on our home page
- The site must be usable on smartphones including iPhone and iPad
I have logo's but no images - we presume these can be sourced from an image library relatively cheaply. We will seek direction from you here.

I specifically do not want any Flash.

Once this site is up and running - we'll want to set up 2x secure areas and populate that.

It is essential that we can amend articles ourselves and within reason add categories, menu items and articles. We will always want to rely on you for more complex work.
