Joomla - Create main menu and related menu

I have created a Joomla Website using the Solar Sentinel Theme. Much of the original design has changed however I need some professional help completing the main menu and related menu on the site.

I would like this done today if anyone can do this today?

I know enough about Joomla to know a seasoned Joomla Pro will not take long at all doing this. I have attached a flow chart of the structure of the links.

I have created nearly all the articles already so I am only looking at this point at getting someone involved to do the menu parts.

I am looking for someone who really knows Joomla backend, we are using Joomla Version 1.5.15 and the theme as mentioned is Solar Sentinel Version 1.5.5

The web site per say is done other than the menu(s) need sorting and then we just need to link all the articles to the links.

Please direct me to examples of your work and clearly explain your experience.

I believe we will give the job to early responders who fit the bill and have the experience and that can get this done today if possible. Should not take long at all.
