Joomla! Collaborator required

I am a graphic designer and need an expert in Joomla! to collaborate with me on certain web site projects.

BID FOR THIS - FIXED FEE:
A) I have an immediate need to add a foreign language translation plugin to an existing Joomla! site of mine - www.orestonemanor.com

OUTLINE YOUR RATES IN MESSAGES:
B) I have an on-going ad-hoc requirement on the same site and another Joomla! site for techy assistance.

C) Plus, I have three new sites I need to build as cms sites and I'd like the right person to journey with me on these as well. I'd like you to set up the basis framework of the site (instal chosen template on my VPS server, add the basic pages to the navigation) for me to then populate with content. I'd probably add to the pages etc but need the 'starter kit' making for me. Plus setting up of emails on server would be an asset too.

Can you please advise your experience, provide url links to example sites, and advise your hourly rate or fees for working with me.

To win this initial minor project, (adding translation plugin to hotel site) which I am looking for a fixed fee. But I'd like to know your hourly rate and suggested ways of working together on the follow on projects.
