Joomla 1.5 template mod with API addition.

I need a Joomla developer to make changes to an existing template incorporating 3 new module regions and a search API (that I will supply).

I am happy with the look and feel of the site and I know the size and location for each of the new regions and need to have the appropriate changes made to .html and .css files.

Also I am interested in having SEO work performed on the site once these changes have taken place and I have populated the site with live data. I will use the same developer for this as a separate piece of work.
