JomSocial Vbulletin synchronization

I run an education portal which runs on Joomla, Jomsocial, Vbulletin and have a customized administrative and login system. I want to make the vbulletin profile compatible with JomSocial. So a vbulletin member is redirected to JomSocial and some data from vbulletin can be pulled in JomSocial.

I am looking for someone with experience in Jomsocial and also know how of Vbulletin to customize the same.
