JomSocial + Joomla + JPayPlans Integration

I have installed the most current versions of JomSocial, JPayPlans, JS Profile Types, JS Registration Redirector and other JomSocial plugins. Although I have begun to set them up for a non-profit health organization (milk.org.mx), I now need them integrated and tested in an effective, 100% functional registration process in the Joomla 1.7 website.

The attachment is a basic overview of the process and plans, but is subject to change. Spanish a plus, English required. Prefer to coordinate schedules with the contractor, so that I can be available online to answer questions and test in real-time over several days.
