JAC Update

Numerous web site updates needed. As we communicate I will explain in detail.

With this feature I want to give the member the option to save their shipping selections by checking "Save shipping method selections for future use". Then the next time they add an item their selections will already be checked.

If they no longer want their shipping method selections to be saved then they can check the box next to "Clear shipping method selections for future use" and the boxes will not be checked the next time they add an item.

Please ignore font color in example image. Font color would be like it is now.
