Issue with extra space in css

Hello,
I have a website which I have converted to Arabic (Right to left). I have extra space (padding or margin?) remaining between sections of the site (menu on right side) and middle activity stream section which I cannot figure out how to remove. I've gone throught the table structure of the page with adjustments but it seems I am missing something

See screenshots for the difference between spaces on English and Arabic versions. This space has caused the left side of the screen to shift to the left and for items to be hidden behind the chat toolbar.

I do not want to provide access to the server as this is a live production server. I am attaching files here and ask that you make modifications to the files and send to me or alternatively I can share screen with Teamviewer

Attached are the header and primary css files (although there are dozens of css files within the site components but these are the primary ones). If you need other files, let me know

I need this fixed urgently
