IPhone App Developer Required

I require a iOS iPhone app developing which is for a client of ours. To those who respond back I can send over a quick brief if requested.

They have developed a new social networking platform.

The important aspects of this app is:

1. It interacts with the existing site database which is MYSQL and any updates done on the app are synced with the live site. How this interaction occurs? Json, XML I'm unsure and will require your guidance.

2. Offline Support: The app will have a number of videos which will be required to stored locally on the phone database if no network signal is available.

3. Likewise offline support is required if the user enters an update to their profile which will be synced once they have signal.

5. The app will be free from the App Store and you will have to be a paid member to access all aspects of the App however you can use certain features within the app without logging in such as videos. The client has requested a paid page where they can make a subscription for 3, 6 or 12 months and this is paid via the App Store.
