
Internet based Robot mirroring control

I basically need something that works over the internet, and where if I turn a dial 20degrees where I am, then (via USB - internet - USB) a similar dial in a remote location also turns by 20degrees. If I turn the knob where I am by 90degrees, then remotely, it also turns by 90degrees.
This will presumably need someone with experience in robotics, programming, I/O interfaces, and over the internet based application programming.
If you can do this, let me know.
The coded software and board should have the capability of me plugging in up to 12 "mirroring" knobs, so I can control 12 separate knobs over the internet each with its own motor..under the same software and robot / circuit board.
If this is something you are capable of let me know. Ridiculous quotes are not welcome. Payments are always made in full however will not be made if the requirements are only partially met (ie. either you get full payment for full job or no payment for a half done job).
