What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated U.S.-based talent to help us understand and grow in the American market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting research and analysis of the U.S. market:
[] Enterprise-level company activities
[] Local job markets (by state)
[] Individual client segments
- Identifying and engaging potential clients in the U.S.
- Coordinating the shipment of devices between our offices (laptops, mobile devices, AR/VR equipment, IP cameras, etc.)
- Preparing and delivering presentations as needed
- Working approximately 2–3 hours per day (15 hours per week)
- Being reachable during U.S. Eastern Time (via phone or WhatsApp)

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required)
- Native English communication skills
- 1–2 years of experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React or Next.js)

Nice to Have
- Public speaking or presentation experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–4 years of hands-on software engineering experience

Compensation
- Initial Payment: $500–$1,000 upfront (after background check and your agreement)
- Profit Share: 10–20% of generated income
- Monthly Bonus: Up to $500 for additional contributions (creative ideas, volunteering, etc.)

Evaluation Criteria
- English proficiency (Must be Native level)
- Speaking (clarity, organization, friendliness, sense of humor)
- Basic JavaScript skills
