Interactive map expert/programmer Google Maps

I am in need of an interactive map expert for maps like Google or Nokia maps. I am 85% through the development of a social networking site and we are having problems with our map section. At first I just need an hour of your time to better explain our challanges and get some options from you. If you come up with a good solution this would lead to extra work.
