Interactive Map

Hi, I need to get a simple but efficient online solution to break down the UK by postal code areas (ie: Birmingham postal codes, Glasgow, etc..) Also the same thing for london (broken down by outward postal codes wuch as SW postal codes, W postal codes, etc)

I need this to be interactive, color coded, etc. Ideally I'd like to store a file somewhere (even in the HTML code itself, doesnt matter just need to be able to update it from time to time)
