Integrate Paypal API on Laravel project (urgent)

Description of requirements/features: Hi guys,

I need to integrate paypal on a website (developed under Laravel framework). The job has to be done, maximum in the next 30 hours.

I need :
- to send to your script an amount, description of product > redirect to paypal page to pay
- the payment will be partially transfered to 2 paypal accounts : like 95% on an account, 5% on another one

"The best way to do it quite simply is to use the Express Checkout API (SetExpressCheckout, GetExpressCheckoutDetails, DoExpressCheckoutPayment).

By using it instead of the basic "checkout" bouton with an IPN behind, it is possible to define more than one recipient that will receive the money : the parallel payment."
