Integrate existing content into a custom WordPress template, add "web app" functionality

I've had a site built in WordPress.

Currently there's a holding page for "Size Calculator".

What I want you to do is to put this calculator in an iframe (or whatever method you think best) .
There will be some additional text at the bottom, a disclaimer, but I haven't written that yet.

The calculator has been tested on IE9, Chrome and Safari on multiple platforms and seems to work.

But I need you to make a tweak: the text in the result tables should be in Fabrica (the web font that is used on the site).

The page should work as a "web app".

You just need to put, in the root directory, a file called "apple-touch-icon.png" and another file called "apple-touch-icon-precomposed.png" (which will make it work on Android, weirdly). I'll upload these tomorrow.

Then you need to integrate this script: http://cubiq.org/add-to-home-screen

This will allow iOS device users (and some Android users) the ability to get a shortcut to this page that looks like an app icon, that appears on the home screen.

And that's about it. Ideally, I'd like the Calculator page to recognise when it's being visited by a mobile browser, and only display the centre frame.
