Install & Configure Logstash JMS plugin (exp: Logstash/jms/ruby)

Our AWS is running Elasticsearch and must be connected to live streaming JMS Topic Queue. We need an expert to setup the Logstash JMS plugin which will post these messages into elasticsearch. Logstash experiences is required. JMS experience is required.

I've included a few links below which will provide details of the utility we need to configure and install on our AWS environment. It's based on Ruby and requires expertise with Java Messaging System (JMS) as well as Logstash.
