Install a Plugin on WordPress

Hi there,

I'm looking for some quick help installing the following plugin on WordPress:

I've already configured the booking, I just need some help getting the shortcode to display correctly and for this to look nice on the contact us page.

Site login and further details will be provided to the winning freelancer. I'd imagine it's around an hours work or less. I need this to be completed asap.
