Initial Web Development Advice & Consultation

I am a professional classical musician who teaches students of all ages - as I am wanting to promote my music business in a new office location I am after advice on how I am able to promote my business online.

I am after someone who can not only provide consultation and advice but be in charge of the design and development of my project from start to finish as I will be needing branding, web and mobile design and possibly marketing.
