Description of every page/module: The home page should be a general page with a customer login. The page will promote what services we supply. This service is to provide customers who sign up alerts to the changes when a legal act is changed or edited
Products page will give an option for the types of content we supply, with a breakdown of the costs for each service there will be 5 services
Contact us page
Testimonials page will be for past customers who say good things about us
Description of requirements/features: I want the website to be able to get updates from a dedicated feed of information, this will be from a API see link

Dear Terrance,
Is the intention that a user will subscribe to your service and be alerted to changes based on the data periodically retrieved from the API? How would the user be alerted?
